Laís Lacet is a Brazilian fanwriter, fanartist, designer and illustrator who professionally published some of her fanfics. Occasionally writes poetry and meta essays.
History
Laís has been writing since she was young, very partly influenced by her grandfather who was also involved in the world of literature, but it was only in 2016 that she published her first text online, coming from a large notebook where she wrote down everything that came to her mind while attending college.[1]
Her best-known first work, "A Guardiã" was originally published as a Fairy Tale fanfic, until it was transformed into a professional, as the first of two parts in the duology As Relíquias de Aether. The second part of the duology began to be written as Fairy Tale fanfic and published online, with no known professional publication date.
Her second work "Da tua Rosa", an original epistolary fantasy fiction, was based on the Celtic legend Tir na NÓg, and it has also been published online on fanfiction archives before turned profic. Da tu Rosa was written from 2014 to 2018, having won the Wattys award in the category "Story Tellers" in 2017.
