L'Manberg is a fictional country of the Dream SMP founded by Wilbur Soot.

The Start of L'Manberg

After a session of brainstorming Tommy comes up with "L'Manberg" and Wilbur decides to go with it.

On July 12th Wilbur Soot joins the server as the fourteenth member. He wants to start a drug empire on a van with TommyInnit where they monopolise all potions and brewing stands on the server. More members, such as Tubbo and Fundy join them while others like Sapnap start to get suspicious of them. He tries to arrest them for drug dealing but, after being prosecuted by Sapnap and other americans, Tommy and Wilbur decide to create their own nation where drug dealing is legal and where only europeans are allowed. Together they come up with the nation's name, adding the "L'" to make it sound "more european".

The founding fathers of the nation are Wilbur, Tommy, Tubbo, Fundy and Eret.

They come up with L'Manberg's rules:

  1. No armour is allowed inside its walls
  2. No weapons, L’Manberg fights with their words
  3. Only europeans can join

Revolution

Wilbur and Tommy declare their land, delimited by black and yellow borders, as independent from the Dream SMP. But Dream, not liking the prospect of not having control over the full server anymore, refuses to acknowledge L’Manberg as a separated nation. To show his discontent, him and Sapnap burn the entire forest surrounding L’Manberg.

Wilbur, Tommy, Tubbo and Eret write a declaration of independence and, in return, they're given a declaration of war signed by Dream, Sapnap and Punz. Dream, knowing how superior they are in supplies, gives a speech in which he gives L’Manberg the opportunity to set up white flags and surrender before they destroy the place to the ground. He also burns Tubbo’s house as a warning. But L'Manberg doesn't listen.

They fight in the battle known as the Battle of the Two Towers, in which the Dream SMP fights from Ponk's tower and L'Manberg from Punz's tower. After Tommy's house (which also acted as a L'Manberg embassy in the Dream SMP) is blown up, the L'Manberg team retire. Eret tells everyone he has a secret base they can go to where there’s resources. He brings them to a black room with chest for each of them and a button at the center. This room will be remembered as the Final Control Room. Eret had secretly betrayed them by making a deal with Dream who promised him the throne of the SMP. So he presses the button claiming that “It was never meant to be” and the Dream SMP army enter the room. In the battle that then takes place Wilbur, Tommy, Tubbo and Fundy all lose a canon life.

After all the deaths Wilbur tries to discuss with Dream pacific ways to have their independence but Dream’s only option is for them to surrender and dissolve L’Manberg or he will blow their nation up. Wilbur refuses so Dream ignites the explosives that Eret had previously placed all under L’Manberg. Tommy is enraged and challenges Dream to a bow duel for independence. If Tommy wins, L’Manberg wins the independence but if Dream wins he gets Tommy’s disc Mellohi that they had previously fought for during the Disc Wars. Tommy loses the duel and with it a canon life. But he discusses a new deal with Dream. He gives up both of his discs (Cat and Mellohi) to him and in exchange L’Manberg can have their independence.

L'Manberg gets their independence. Wilbur declares himself president, Tommy secretary of treasury, and Tubbo secretary of state.
