Ichigo/Rukia is a popular het pairing in the Bleach fandom.[1] Ichigo and Rukia meet during the first chapter of the manga, and their relationship quickly moves from mutual dislike to a strong, if snarky, friendship.

Inoue Orihime has strong romantic feelings for Ichigo in canon; he is oblivious to her feelings. While Rukia and Orihime are friends, Orihime has expressed jealousy over Rukia and Ichigo's friendship. There is much conflict between Ichigo/Orihime fans and Ichigo/Rukia shippers; this conflict sometimes leads to character bashing of both female characters. It's more common to see IchiRuki fans bashing Orihime than it is IchiHime fans bashing Rukia, though the latter has certainly taken place. There are also fans who appreciate both Orihime and Rukia, whatever their pairing affiliation may be.
Abarai Renji is Rukia's childhood friend. Whether or not his feelings for Rukia are romantic in nature, it is clear that Renji cares deeply for her. There is quite a bit of ship bashing and Renji-bashing from IchiRuki fans, people who claim Renji "abused" Rukia during the Soul Society arc and "lost his chance" by letting her go, thinking he wasn't good enough for her at the time.
Some people write Ichigo, Rukia, and Renji as a threesome.
