Joy Faulkner is a British Beauty and the Beast fan.
She co-founded the UK Beauty and the Beast Fan Club, which operated in the late 1990s and early 2000s and issued the Beauty and the Beast Fan Club Newsletter. She was a registration organizer for the Beauty and the Beast convention A Moment in Time.
