Jonathan Samuel Kent, more commonly known as Jon Kent, is a fictional character from the DC Comics universe, his most common superhero identity is Superboy, but he has also taken on the mantle of Superman.

In 2021 it was announced that Jon was bisexual, which caused some media stir.

Name
While commonly known as Jon Kent in the fandom, it is not uncommon to tag fanworks with his full name, including middle name, because he shares a name with his grandfather, and with his alternative universe counterpart Jon Lane Kent, so it is sometimes necessary to distinguish between them.
