Isabel is an original character created by StarvingLunatic as Shego's mother, as such a character never makes an appearance in Canon. She is depicted as a highly talented martial artist who originally trained Shego. It is often mentioned that she is one of the greatest living martial artists, and is the only warrior Shego fears. In terms of appearance, she shares Shego's hair and features, but is older, and has a normal shade of skin.
While depicted as very kind and loving to Shego and her siblings, and to any friends thereof, she is also shown to have a great capacity for cruelty, with insinuations that she captures and tortures those who cross her family.
Due to her fulfilling a useful niche in the greater Kim Possible Canon, several other authors have included her in their works. As StarvingLunatic is a noted KiGo author, many of her appearances are within that fandom.
