Isabel/Jesse is a Roswell conventional couple of Isabel Evans and Jesse Ramirez.
Canon
Jesse is introduced and only appears in the third season, where he and Isabel have a secret relationship that eventually leads them to getting married. Most of Season 3 has Isabel trying to keep her alien abilities hidden from him, in order to protect him (but also in order to protect her and the others from discovery). He eventually learns of it and accepts it. Jesse nearly follows Isabel after Graduation, but she stops him from coming with letting him be free.
Fandom
The Roswell fandom although accepted the pairing as a conventional couple never quite seemed to accept the pairing and is sometimes to referred as a unconventional couple, this is probably due to Season 2 destroying Alex/Isabel pairing due to Alex Whitman's death and Tess Harding's involvement. Little to no Fanworks focus on the actual pairing - only a handful of fanfics can be found at FanFiction.net and Archive of Our Own.
The pairing name is Barely Legal, this is due to Isabel barely being eighteen when they meet and fall in love and eventually marry.
