Hotel Dusk: Room 215 is a point-and-click adventure game for the Nintendo DS.
Hotel Dusk was followed by a sequel, Last Window: The Secret of Cape West. Fans refer to the series as the Kyle Hyde series or the Kyle Hyde duology.

Last Window was only released for market in Japan and Europe, meaning fans in the rest of the world can only experience the game through imports, piracy, or Let's Plays.
Reception and discussion
Since Cing closed due to bankruptcy, fans mourned the death of the series before the story reached a proper stopping point. Much like the Ōkami fandom, fans were resigned to never seeing a continuation. However, since sister series Another Code was revived for a remake on the Nintendo Switch, fans have some hope that the Kyle Hyde series could be revisited after all, and some report seeing hopeful signs from series writer and designer Suzuki Rika on social media.
