-Shipping Name Origin

"TrainShipping" was coined very early for a SHSW ship, sometime before 09 June 2019[Notes 1], being a play on pre-release footage of them sitting on a train together. "SlumberingWealdShipping" came later, coined on 18 November 2019 by poisonrozen on Tumblr.[1]

TrainShipping later became its "official" name on the Neverending Romance ship name list on 08 December despite it conflicting with the name for Emmet/Ingo/Marshal, as the later had little-to-no fan activity.[2] As of 2025, it is considered official for both ships.
