Highlander: The Fic-thology was a website with a selection of Highlander fanfiction.

You'll no doubt notice that we've changed names. It was done at the request of Donna Lettow, who is working on a collection of cast-written autobiographical stories about Highlander and the Highlander experience, tentatively titled Highlander: The Anthology. It was my pleasure to do this for Donna.

This site is an anthology of what I consider to be some of the best and brightest of the oceans of Highlander related fan fiction. Why do I get to pick? Because I have my own web server.

The bulk of these stories are gathered from HLFIC-L, the distribution list for Highlander fan fiction. Two complete archives of the list are available....the new archive houses stories posted from early in 1997.The old archive, was active from the inception of the fic list and ends at the the middle of 1996. Both are excellent sources and are maintained by Debbie Douglass and Adam Beberg.

To subscribe to HLFIC-L, send email (without a subject line or signature file) to listserv@[...], with the following in the first line of your message: subscribe HLFIC-L YourFirstName YourLastName. You will be sent a welcome message automatically with list details.

PLEASE NOTE: The Fic-thology is closed to submissions by new authors. I'm very sorry, but I don't have the time I used to and cannot keep with the reading.

If you are looking to submit your work, two excellent sites to do so on are Cosmic Critic's Corner and The Seventh Dimension Highlander Fanfic Archive. Both are wonderfully organized and far more up to date than we are![1]
