The Hen-verse is a canon divergent alternate universe setting or "AU" based primarily on the events of Kamen Rider Zero-One[1] but ultimately crossing over with other series such as Kamen Rider Revice and Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger. The series is lighthearted, and often comedic via the absurdity. The AU primarily diverges from Zero-One canon events around the end of the main television series and ignores all subsequent v-cinemas.
A key feature of the series is that it supposes that, sometime after the end of the main series, Horobi and Jin began to co-habbitate with Fuwa in his apartment for unexplained reasons.
Some distinctive features of this AU include the ever growing number of original animal characters which Jin has befriended. These animals are a major feature of the series and often play a key role in stories set in this AU. Some of the unnamed robotic constructs which emerge from the progrisekeys are also further characterized and named such as "Leggy," the large robotic scorpion that appears when the Sting Scorpion progrisekey is activated.
Another notable feature of this AU is Jin's compulsive habit of eating small rocks. This feature appears in Mother Hen, the original and longest work in the series. The tags of Mother Hen refer to this as "robot pika" in reference to the real life eating disorder. Jin's habits also include occasionally swallowing frogs, although he does not seem to intend any harm to them. The exact cause of Jin's behavior is unknown to anyone, including his creator and has eluded all attempts to reprogram or correct it. Jin appears to gain a sense of satisfaction from engaging in this behavior and seems to consider swallowing things a form of collecting them. He shows no interest in stopping and works to hide his behavior from Horobi mainly because he is lectured about it and does not enjoy the process of having his acquisitions removed from his robotic stomach he must undergo.
Miscellaneous Features of the Henverse
All "Humagears" will recognize anyone dressed as Santa Clause as the real Santa. This is theorized to be a feature created by Kourenouske Hiden, perhaps to prevent the accidental disillusionment of human children during the Christmas season.

Chronology
The works have been ordered for the series, but the events of Daiji's Girlfriend actually inspired a multi-chapter arc in Mother Hen which was and currently remains an ongoing story. Events form Daiji's Girlfriend are directly referenced in chapter 13 "Big" of Mother Hen.
