Gong Jun is a Chinese actor born on November 29, 1992. He is best known in fandom for his starring role in Word of Honor, the 2021 adaptation of a danmei webnovel by priest. He was previously known to some BL fans for his role in Advance Bravely, though it is a much smaller fandom.

Fan Names

His name is commonly abbreviated as GJ by both international and domestic fans. Junzhe shippers, who ship him with his Word of Honor costar, Zhang Zhehan, may also refer to him as laogong (husband).

His fans have their own nicknames as well. The official name of his solo fans since 2016 is Junweixian (俊味仙) often abbreviated JWX. Toxic solo fans are called Gongsi or GS. Junzhe shippers are called Juzipi (橘子皮) or JZP.

RPF and Shipping

An RPF fandom that grew out of the Word of Honor fan community ships him with Zhang Zhehan. The vast majority of Gong Jun related fanworks on the Archive of Our Own are tagged with Gong Jun/Zhang Zhehan. Another Gong Jun m/m ship is with Xu Feng, his costar on Advance Bravely, though this ship is microscopic in comparison.

A subset of Gong Jun/Zhang Zhehan shippers also ship his previous acting roles with various characters played by Zhang Zhehan. These crossover fanworks are known as Junzhe Extended Universe.
