God!Lexa is a fanon term referring to the godlike being that appeared as Lexa in the series finale of The 100 television series.
In the season 7 series finale titled "The Last War", a godlike being turned up to judge the entire human race. When the being appeared before Clarke Griffin, it took on the form of Lexa, a character who had died earlier in the series, because she was Clarke's greatest love. Fans who ship Clarke Griffin/Lexa embraced the idea of God!Lexa and the confirmation of Lexa as Clarke's greatest love, although there was also disappointment that the real Lexa had not returned.
The finale gave rise to a flurry of post-canon fix-it fics usually involving God!Lexa bringing the real Lexa back or turning out to have been the real Lexa all along.
