Floodgate by kristen999 is listed as McDanno but on rereading I realised that it’s gen. There is not a single line in the story to indicate romantic relationship between any of the characters and so, unless one is reading through filtered glasses, it’s gen. That being said, it is, of course, full of Danny and Steve good times. Or, well, times anyway. This is a coda to 5.07 and as such not really a very happy fic. It’s good tho and I enjoyed seeing a little bit more of the aftermath of Steve’s encounter with Wo Fat. I also really enjoyed Danny yelling at the nurse in the hospital. It’s a good fic and actually now I want to go back and watch that episode again.[1]
