I really love how, in the beginning, it’s so timid. Everything is written like a promise for more, because everything is so breakable – the atmosphere, Louis, everything. It’s great because when you go to first read the story, you think “Okay, Louis is a fashion designer with an eating disorder. Fair enough,” and then you get to see how layered it all is – the situation, Louis, everything.…This is such a beautifully written fic. The character development is seamless, the pov switch is flawless and well-timed, and the disorder is portrayed so well.…It’s sad and rhythmic and makes you want more every single time.[1]
dude, i pretty much feel like ive been stuck through a wood chipper a couple thousand times. i've been hit by a tank over and over for 8000 miles. i've been tied to a wall and hacked at by kindergarteners with safety scissors. to say the least, i'm extremely torn up. this fic is so (so, so, so, sO, SO, SO!, SOOOO!!!!!!!!) amazing!! i cried, i laughed, i grinned, i squealed, i hid under my covers and screamed. hands down, BEST. FIC. EVER. this is the best. i read it all in a period of 4 or so hours nonstop, it's like a drug- addictive and hard to quit. i have mixed emotions now that it's done but i have to say im 1000000% satisfied with the ending and i'm just so perpetually HAPPY for louisandharry. this was beautifully written and deserves fucking AWARDS.[2]
