EvilToTheCore13 initially became active writing fic in the Resident Evil fandom in 2019, although they have described themself as having been "lurking" in various fandoms for a while. They have since started writing and drawing fanart in other fandoms as well. In 2020 they started participating in AO3 exchanges.
The Trans Portal Project
EvilToTheCore13 started an initiative on Tumblr called the "Trans Portal Project", aimed at encouraging trans and nonbinary fans (and allies) to create headcanons, fic, and art where characters from Portal are portrayed as trans and/or nonbinary. The project has an AO3 collection run by EvilToTheCore13, which will apparently eventually contain every trans and nonbinary themed fic in the Portal fandom, and EvilToTheCore13 posts fic recs on their blog and encourages people to kudos and comment on fics in the collection.
