Enid Sinclair is a main character in the Netflix show Wednesday.
Canon
Enid is a werewolf and roommate of Wednesday Addams while they attend Nevermore Academy. She is posed as the opposite of Wednesday, being friendly, energetic and surrounding herself with bright colours.
Fandom
Enid immediately became popular once she was revealed in the first trailer, mostly due to her being shipped with Wednesday, which took off thanks to them being roommates with contrasting aesthetics. Much of her early characterization in the fandom was informed by the tropes fans favored for Wenclair, such as enemies to lovers, and what little was shown of her in the trailer itself. Enid being a popular mean-girl type who disliked Wednesday or had some kind of rivalry with her was a fairly common take around this time, though this ended up being much closer to Bianca Barclay's character.
Enid being a lesbian was one of the earliest headcanons that became widely used in the fandom, having emerged after promotional images from episode 1 showed Enid in a sweatshirt that resembled the lesbian flag.[1][2][3]
She is sometimes paralleled with other Addams Family characters such as Debbie Jelinsky, both being seen as high femmes, or Joel Glicker, both being relatively normal yet having a close relationship with Wednesday.

- Pointed ears - Some artists draw Enid with pointed ears to further emphasise her being a werewolf.
- Sapphic - Lesbian Enid Sinclair is the most popular sexuality tag for Enid on AO3, followed by Bisexual Enid Sinclair.
- Neurodivergent - The most popular headcanon being that she has ADHD.
