Dryadeh is a Mexican writer and fanwriter. A inveterate music lover, cinephile, shipper and preeminent author of Spanish-language Dramione fanfiction, she is recognized for her popular work Lija y Terciopelo[1], which inspired Bea-Gonzalez to create an early piece of fanart featuring black!Hermione (a trope that has become common in Racebending in Harry Potter).
Her nickname was thought up when she started writing online in Harry Potter fandom and the username Dríade (Dryad) was already in use, so she chose Dryadeh written in English and with the introduction of the suffix -eh.[note 1]
She started writing fanfiction at the age of 8 for The X-Files and later on entering the fannish medium of the internet, started with LotR works with Legolas and Éomer dating female Mary Sues, because it seemed like a great idea at that time.[1] Her definitive entry into the online world of fanfics is due to Nott Mordred who told her to create an account on FFN where she could write about Draco/Hermione and talk to other fans of the couple.[1]

There's not much to say. Dryadeh was born when I started writing in the Harry Potter fandom (and Dríade was already in use, so I had to innovate a little) but i was fanficker since long before, even before I even knew what fanfics were. The first one I wrote when I was 8 years old, and interestingly it was an X-Files fanfic (this is what happens when 8 year old girls are allowed to watch this series lol xD) and when I got on the internet, the idea of tarnishing with a lot of Mary Sues who marry Legolas or Éomer from Lord of the Rings fandom seemed stupendous.
