Doctor/Charley is the (usually) het pairing of The Doctor and Charley Pollard in Doctor Who fandom. Charley is overwhelming paired with the Eighth Doctor, who she was a companion of and had a close canonical relationship in the Big Finish Audio Adventures. The majority of fanworks focus on Eight/Charley, but one can also find fanworks where Charley is paired with the Sixth Doctor who she also canonically met. Any parings with other iterations of the Doctor tend to be very rare.
