Reactions and Reviews
[Decoy, reviewed by Aralias]: This is OK, but not my favourite one so far (I suspect partly because it has so little B-A. It also interestingly has almost no B/J stuff, even though we know that they have slept together by now. I think there's one reference in Cally's POV about her suspecting that B and J are together. But that's it.Plenty of nice ideas, although the 'can we trust anyone???' bit just went on for a bit too long. I guess I'm just not that into it as a plot device. Bringing back IMIPAK was a very good idea, though, (particularly since it now only affects our two leads), and I really like that Soolin feels she's bonded with Blake - although I would have liked more of that (see above).
When Tarrant went into shock I think I literally thought 'oh no, not again - how many people will Avon have to heal??' but then the narrative got around it, so that was OK.[2]
