Decima Publications was an fan-organized outfit that sponsored DSV. It was founded in April 1987 as "Decima-DSV One Media Productions, Inc" with Laurie Cohen as the "process agent." [1]
Deb Walsh and Celeste Hotaling-Lyons were also involved.
The company achieved a lot of attention when it was chosen by Terry Nation and Paul Darrow to be the workhorse and name behind Nation and Darrow's proposed professionally-run "fan cons" (Stardrive) in 1988/1989. By default it became a flashpoint in the Blake's 7 Wars.
