Dean/Jo is the het pairing of Jo Harvelle and Dean Winchester in the Supernatural fandom.
Canon
Dean Winchester and Jo Harvelle met in the second episode of the second season. Though the two connected instantly, and showed interest in each other throughout most of their interactions, they have both called it the "wrong place, wrong time", and never really do anything about it.
Fandom
Dean/Jo was the most popular het pairing with a canon character for Dean, and based on works on Ao3 this appears to still be the case. However, with the prevalence of slash works in this fandom, the pairing of DeanJo is still rare.
Terminology
Chestervelle was the original portmaneau for this pairing. Combining both their surnames, Winchester and Harvelle, the name can now apply to any pairing of characters from these families. The Dean/Jo pairing is more commonly referred to as DeanJo or JoDe as a result.
