The Dark Nick and NatPack is a Forever Knight faction based on a pairing, specifically Nick/Nat (i.e., the relationship between Nick Knight and Natalie Lambert), usually interpreted romantically. A member is called a "Nick and NatPacker" (plural "Nick and NatPackers"). A common abbreviation for the faction is DarkNN.
This is a so-called fraction faction: that is, it comprises fans who have, to some degree, broken from the earlier Nick and NatPack because their interests differ from the majority. Dark Nick and NatPackers are fans who revel in the darker side of the relationship between Nick and Natalie. The definition of "dark" varies; but the faction primarily includes—though is not limited to—those who would like to see him "bring her over" (i.e. turn her into a vampire) so that they can be together for eternity.

The focus of this faction is on the darker aspects of the characters Nick and Natalie and their relationship. Nick's hunger for Natalie's blood, perhaps the vampire's desire to possess her. Nat's obsession with the vampire, or her longing to become a vampire herself.

In 2012, Greer Watson created an icon for the Dark Nick and NatPack as part of her project to create a set of icons for all the Forever Knight factions. The design composits a screencap of Nick and Natalie on a sunset background. Above them is a winged caduceus-and-sword symbol based on the one used for the Nick and NatPack icon, but with dark wings; the sword pierces a red rose, symbolizing the bite of the vampire.
