Charlie/Tonks is the het pairing of Charlie Weasley and Nymphadora Tonks from the Harry Potter fandom.
The two were in the same year at Hogwarts, though in different Houses. The ship gained popularity after the release of the mobile game Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, in which both Charlie and Tonks appear and interact with the main character.
Common Tropes in Fanworks
- Many fics focus on their time together at Hogwarts, though some feature them meeting again years later in the Order of the Phoenix.
- Since Charlie is popularly headcanoned as aromantic/asexual[1], and Tonks can be seen as genderfluid or non-binary, fics often contain queer themes.
- Occasionally the two are put together as a means of pairing off all the Weasley siblings (see: One Big Happy Weasley Family).
- Tonks Lives post-war AUs are also popular.
