Category talk:YouTubers
Duplication
Is there a reason this is a distinct category from Category:YouTube RPF? It seems to cover the same things. If this is specifically for pages about people in YouTube RPF, shouldn't it be a subcategory, and shouldn't Category:Vtuber Fandom be a subcategory of YouTube RPF instead? --Serilly (talk) 00:15, 1 December 2023 (UTC)
- Glancing through the pages in the category, there are at least a few YouTubers in it who aren't subjects of an RPF fandom. E.g., Sarah Z is a fan who creates video essays about fandom (among other things), and Lindsay Ellis and Princess Weekes are also both video essayists who create(d) videos about topics related to fandom. None of them have an RPF fandom, as far as I'm aware, so I think this category is is distinct from Category:YouTube RPF. (If anything. maybe YouTube RPF should be a subcategory of this category.) --Malcontent (talk) 00:51, 1 December 2023 (UTC)
