-Shipping Name Origin

"GlistenShipping" wasn't originally coined for Candice/Maylene; it was first a ship name for Glaceon/Jirachi, coined sometime between 22 May[Notes 1] and 21 October 2007.[Notes 2] However, this name was added in error because FrozenDreamShipping had been coined for the pairing earlier, sometime in 2006 or 2007.[Notes 3]

The error wasn't spotted until sometime between 18 January[Notes 4] and 21 February 2009[1] due to the lack of fan activity for the pairing. Beginning in 2007, if a ship was found to have two names on the list, then the second one was removed and could be re-submitted for another ship.[2] GlistenShipping was removed from the list by Toraphi, since it was coined second, and taitofan re-submitted it for Candice/Maylene, which hadn't been named yet, a few days later.[2]
