Canadian Blowjob Day is a fest to celebrate Callum Keith Rennie's birthday, started by brooklinegirl in 2006 and revived by seascribe in 2013. According to brooklinegirl's original livejournal post (now deleted), fanfic for any fandom was allowed, provided that it included fellatio.[1] The revived version seems to have included fanart and podfic as well.
The revival inspired similar fests for David Marciano's and Paul Gross's birthdays in 2014: American Frottage Day and Paul Gross Birthday Handcuff Fest.
The last fest organized by C6D fans appears to have been in 2014, but interest in observing the holiday continued sporadically. In 2015, due South fans on tumblr were talking about it.[2] In 2019, six Schitt's Creek fics honored the day, as seen in the AO3 tag.[3][4]
