Trixie, aka C L Finn is a long-time mainstream (con-going, etc.) slash fan. She belonged to many usual FPF fandoms before falling headfirst into popslash in the early 2000s.
In her own words:
- And hey, it seems that no matter how many breadcrumbs I thought were out there, some people don't know that I am C.L. Finn. I started out in fandom many years ago writing in Highlander, made my way through Sentinel, Due South, Oz, H:LOTS, and SGA. When I got sucked into Popslash back in the day, I had five minutes of shame, during which I created this journal and took up Trixie as a new pseudonym. I still write all my FPS under the name of CL Finn, even though I only use this LJ. Fandom pseuds are such a tricky thing, you know? I haven't run away from CL Finn, but even when I was done with popslash and went back to FPS with SGA, I still felt like Trixie fit me better, so I stuck with it. So, um, basically I'm saying that Trixie is CL FInn and CL Finn is Trixie and most of the fic I've written under both of these pseuds can be found here. Although, I realize I desperately need to update those pages with some newer stuff and fix the email links on everything. Oops. Also, my Highlander gen and Sentinel stories are currently missing from there, mostly out of sheer laziness. I should do something about that and I should really do something about using the OTW resources.
