Callum Keith Rennie is a Canadian actor primarily known for his starring roles as Ray Kowalski in the TV show Due South and as Billy Tallent in the film Hard Core Logo. Based in Vancouver, Rennie has also had supporting roles of various sizes in many of fandom's favorite shows, including Smallville, Supernatural, and Battlestar Galactica.
He appeared in two episodes during the original airing of The X-Files and was the main villain in the second X-Files movie I Want to Believe.
Rennie is also considered an integral part of the C6D fandom.[1]
