Canon

Bobby and Crowley were occasional allies in the fight against the Apocalypse. In season 5 Bobby and Crowley kiss when Bobby makes a demon deal, selling his soul, in what was supposed to be a temporary transaction. After the Apocalypse is avoided Crowley refuses to give Bobby his soul back, citing fine print. Bobby eventually gets his soul back after threatening to have Crowley's bones burnt.
