Best KiGo Story is a category of the Kim Possible Fannie Awards, celebrating stories focused on the Kim/Shego pairing. The category debuted at the first ever Fannie Awards, and has been a staple category ever since. It forms part of the "Big Three" pairing awards, alongside Best Kim/Ron Story and Best Drakgo Story.
Initially, the award was presented by one or more canon Kim Possible characters. In later years, it has become a tradition for a Kigo fan to present the award.

Starting from the 13th Fannie awards, Best Kigo has been presented alongside Best Alt Pairing.
