Chloe/Bart is the pairing of Bart Allen and Chloe Sullivan from the Smallville fandom.
Canon
Bart and Chloe first meet at the Torch[1] and for Bart - it was love at first sight. He flirts with her, although Chloe doesn't show much interest except with amusement at his antics. When Bart next returns to Smallville to save Chloe from getting shot.[2] Bart attends Jimmy Olsen's funeral[3] along side Dinah and Chloe, before disappearing. Chloe and Bart remained part of Oliver Queen's Justice team.
Fandom
Chloe/Bart is a fairly rare het pairing in the Smallville fandom compared to the other het pairings. Chlart was mainly on Livejournal and FFN. Even when Chloe was in other pairings, it's common to find fics where Bart appears with his crush on Chloe.
