Andy/Quynh is a femslash pairing from the graphic novel and film The Old Guard between Andromache of Scythia and Quynh. Their relationship is confirmed to have been romantic at at least one point in The Old Guard comics, but the film only shows that the two were extremely close; fans have interpreted them as involved.

In the Netflix film adaptation, Quynh is the first time Andy meets another immortal besides herself. In flashbacks, we see that Andy promises Quynh the two of them will be together until the end. During an attempt to rescue some women from a witch trial, they are both captured. When the truth about their inability to die comes to light, Quynh is imprisoned at the bottom of the ocean in an iron maiden. Andy is unable to locate Quynh afterwards, resulting in her being trapped in the ocean for a few hundred years; Andy expresses regret in the film that she broke her promise to Quynh.

In an epilogue to the film, it is shown that Quynh has somehow escaped from the iron maiden.

Fandom

This pairing is one of the more common ones for both characters. Andy/Quynh is the second most popular fandom pairing after the juggernaut ship of Joe/Nicky.
