Fan Comments Regarding the Play
Did you see Mark on the Today Show, January 7th? They showed a scene from "Amadeus," or not I should see it when it makes its If I had been debating whether way to Boston, this would have iced it. He was SO good. He was totally engrossed in the part. I almost could not believe it was Mark, the role is such afar cry from that of Skywalker. [1]
I just returned from spending the holidays in California, and while I was there I had the opportunity of seeing Mark in "Amadeus." I was both surprised and pleased with his performance. I also got to meet Mark backstage after the show. He was just as sweet and nice as could be.[2]
We were waiting for Mark to come onto the stage. But the real Mozart appeared, and there was no further thought of Mark Hamill until the play was over.[3]
Yes, I did get to see 'Amadeus' —only four times though. Mark's performance greatly improved each time. The best performance was December 16th - he was marvelous, particularly the second act. My most fun time was opening night; we sat near his family. [4]
I saw the play on closing night (in Los Angeles) and was completely in awe, especially with Mark Hamill. I had no idea what a superb actor he really is.[5]
