- ^ Jump up to: a b c Zeus's siblings actually include Hestia and Hera, however due to incestual relationships in the Greek Mythology, this was discarded in the Disney film/series. In actual myths, Hera was not Hercules' mother and hated Hercules because her husband had an affair and loved his son. Disney also discarded Zeus and Hera's actual children, Ares and Hephaestus as siblings in the series. Also discarded is the idea of Persephone being the daughter of Zeus and Demeter.
