QuanYin is the pairing of Quan Yizhen and Yin Yu from the Heaven Official's Blessing fandom.

Canon

Before the events of the main story Yin Yu took Quan Yizhen under his wing and helped him join his sect. Yin Yu later ascended serving as the Martial God of the West with Quan Yizhen as one of his deputies. Yin Yu became resentful of Quan Yizhen's skill. He was banished from heaven by Jun Wu after his actions escalated beyond his intentions and it appeared he attempted to kill his former shidi.

Despite their history, Quan Yizhen retained his affection and was certain Yin Yu's actions were a misunderstanding. For his part, Yin Yu continued to insist he hated Quan Yizhen while simultaneously helping him once they were reunited.
