Yamaguchi Tadashi is a character in the manga and anime Haikyuu.
Canon
Yamaguchi Tadashi is a member of the Karasuno Volleyball team in Hinata Shouyou's year. At first, he has low confidence and has trouble managing his nerves. He develops a float serve and grows more confident of his skills under the tutelage of Shimada Makoto, becoming the team's pinch server. In their third year, he becomes the team captain.
Yamaguchi appears with Tsukishima Kei often, as the two have been friends since middle school. Yamaguchi has been shown to follow Tsukishima's lead in making fun of Hinata Shouyou and Kageyama Tobio, but he is still loyal and a supportive teammate. He refers to Tsukishima by a nickname, "Tsuki/Tsukki", and has inspired Tsukishima to work harder in volleyball.
