XF-Find-a-Fic was an X-Files mailing list which was housed on Yahoo Groups.
Welcome to the X-Files Find-A-Fic list, a list created to help XF fanfic readers and writers find those elusive, half forgotten favourite stories, authors and websites. Simply post details to the list of what you recall about the fic, or the type of fic you are after.
Read lots of fanfic? Want to find and re-read that story from a couple of months or a year ago, but can only recall a few sketchy details? Then post here and if other members know where the fic can be found and respond then the title/author/URL will be delivered straight into your inbox.
New members are moderated for their first post in order to reduce and, hopefully, eliminate spam and other undesirable messages. Once I have approved your first post, moderation will be removed, allowing you to post freely.
Unfortunately, I can't be online 24/7 so your first post may take a day or two to be approved. Be assured, I will do my best to approve messages as quickly as I can.
There is only 1 restriction. Please DO NOT ask about stories featuring the actors, specifically DD & GA. Only 1 warning will be issued. Further requests for such stories will get you banned.
