Wolverine and the X-Men is an animated series focusing on the X-Men but this time led by Wolverine instead of Professor X or Cyclops like it usually is.
Canon
Wolverine and the X-Men officially consists of the one season.
The show mainly focuses on the characters Wolverine, Cyclops, Emma Frost, Nightcrawler, Beast, Storm, Charles Xavier, Rogue, Colossus, Shadowcat, Iceman, Forge, Bishop, Domino, Polaris, Jean Grey, Magneto, Scarlet Witch, Blink, and Quicksilver.
Fandom
During the height of the fandom (2008-2009), fanworks were mainly found on FanFiction.Net and on the Livejournal community andthexmen. The fandom is slowly branching to AO3. Fanfiction is still being posted to FFN as of 2016.
Several crossovers appeared for the fandom, the most popular one being X-Men: Evolution, which not surprising since many fans of WATXM were fans of the XME series first and often compared the two or combined them as WATXM being a future version of XME.

Due to the fact that the fandom is small, it's hard to judge exactly which pairings are popular but several pairings have appeared multiple times:
