When Love Speaks was a Harry Potter slash archive created in support of gay marriage in 2003.
Works were created in response to a challenge issued by Stinkybubbles at FictionAlley Park[1] in protest of a "Marriage Protection Week" organized by the American Family Association.
The archive contained fanfiction by eleven authors as well as a fanart section that included work by Rafi n'ha Doria among others.

This is When Love Speaks. It is a site for slash-fiction, in which the characters get married. The fics were written after stinkybubbles found this stupid, stupid site. She gave the slash-authors a challenge -- to write fics about two characters of the same sex getting married. Said and done and here we are. Enjoy![2]
