This is one wonderfully erotic story — funny and sexy. I get hungry every time I read it! Spock's oh-so-innocent action at the banquet gave McCoy the perfect opportunity to "help", and his method was perfect. McCoy's honest caring in a humorous situation was very in-character and showed he really knows Spock well. The description of the "meal" and all its double meanings was great.

This story is 150% sensual. Not surprising as that was the whole idea of the zine it appears in. What is surprising is that this sensuality pervades the entire story even though Kirk and Spock don't touch until the very end of it. The idea itself is refreshingly unique to K/S. At least, I've never seen it.

leads off the zine and sets the tone for what's to come. This story, by a writer I've not heard of before, is a erotic little thing that had me laughing out loud. In Ms. Wells' characters, perhaps we see ourselves as we've gone through the motions of seduction with lovers in the past. A truly entertaining story, tightly written and un-presumptuous.

Here it is—the ultimate food as a tool for seduction story. Fun! We will never know if Spock's sensual sucking of an elongated fruit during a diplomatic dinner was an intentional seductive display or an accident. No matter. This is one highly intelligent Vulcan, and he sees the effect it is having on his very alluring Captain, and the wheels start turning.

The great experiment takes the form of an elaborately planned intimate dinner for two in Spock's quarters. This particular dinner is served without utensils, and is comprised of a most astounding array of phallic shaped vegetables. It is such a hoot watching Kirk watch Spock as he samples the culinary specimens one by one. If licking white droplets off his lips doesn't do it, peeling back the delicate skin from an elongated fruit with his teeth just might have the desired effect.

I would give a month's pay to see Kirk dressed as he is described here! Thin tight pants with no underwear. Silky shirt clinging to a well-muscled chest but leaving the center exposed. Yum! Talk about whetting one's appetite! Wow, this is a hot, fun little romp of a story!
