Voyager and the Space: 1999 Association of Fans was a Space: 1999 fan club.
This club and zine were disbanded when Chuck Raue began college, and he found that he hadn't enough time to devote to the kind of club he wanted to run. It's an unfortunate loss to '99 fandom, and it's one of the few clubs or zines which have folded vocally, rather than sneaking into oblivion. He will still be producing Comloc, and I think we can expect great things from him in the future. [1]
