Blanking of 'Talk:List of Danny Phantom Relationship Names'

Hi MillieLow,

thank you very much for your edits and great work on Fanlore. However, I noticed you recently blanked the page 'Talk:List of Danny Phantom Relationship Names'. I restored the page because the reasons you gave for your action are not sufficient.

Even if you feel that a conversation is closed and it's therefore no longer neccessary to keep it, the discussion is part of Fanlore and its history now. We keep the content for archiving and documentary reasons so future editors can see the reasons behind the decisions that were made (in this case, the removal of the incest and age gap tags). Fanlore is an ongoing, multi-authored project so this type of conversation is important for the wiki's progress and development. That's also why 'it's been up for a while' is no reason for removing content, too. A lot of content has been up for a while on Fanlore and is still considered relevant.

If you feel a large amount of content needs to be removed anyway, I'd like to encourage you to start a discussion on the talk page. You might also contact a gardener if you're not sure how to proceed. Please do not blank pages without a previous discussion. In the worst case, this could be considered hostile editing which would lead to a temporary suspension or even permanent ban.
