FeralHeart Page Staff vs. Coders

Hi there Forthedogs, I just noticed your minor change on the FeralHeart page changing the word "ex-staff" to "ex-coder." The change is minimal and seems not a big deal, however I was wanting to ask if you could clarify the change a bit more for me. Do the FeralHearts team not consider their coders to be part of their game/dev staff? Are they considered outside contractors or unpaid volunteers of a lower tier? I do not know exactly what they are considered to be. What I do know however is that the "staff" members of FeralHeart are ones who handle reports, bans, events, etc. etc. I would not consider the developers, or "dev" members, of a game to be labeled with a title that implies they handle the community like the official staff do with the game and forum powers appropriate.
