About Me

I've been involved in fandom since before I knew what fandom was. In my youngest days, I was heavily into Transformers (Gen 1), G.I. Joe, Real Ghostbusters, and various bandom RPF. I've been writing - often about those subjects - since I was a pre-teen.

When I finally got online, I discovered a whole wide world of amazing stuff. I started with Star Trek fic, thanks to Usenet, and then stumbled onto Star Trek slash. (Although I've never been a huge fan of Star Trek: The Next Generation, the newsgroups did forever make me a Picard/Q fan.) From there I moved on to X-Files, then variously stumbled across communities and fics about Harry Potter, Professional Wrestling (WWE), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sherlock Holmes (when it was still rare and exceedingly difficult to find), Star Wars, Doctor Who, and Torchwood. During that time I also discovered the joy that is pulp fiction and have looked, largely in vain, for anything fandomish at all for Doc Savage and/or The Shadow. My latest obsession has been Marvel.

I wrote professional wrestling fics for years and still prod at them once in a while. For the last year or more, however, Marvel has eaten my brain, and my current works reflect that.
