untitled is an instrumental season one vid by ayrotciv. There are no lyrics, just the slow crecendo of the music and a few lines of spoken text from the show.
Central to the vid is one quote from Monroe from the season one episode "Danse Macabre" (1x05):
"But the real thing man, the real thing is an impossibility! You don't know where it comes from, or what made it, but it's one of the mysteries of life that lifts us all out of the misery of average."
When that quote comes at 3:18, it puts into words what the vid has masterfully established with the gorgeous Portland landscapes and houses that seem to come right out of a fairy tale, an immanent joy and Nick's sense of wonder when he discovers the world he is living in and his friendship to Monroe. His life may be strange, his friendships even stranger, but it's the real thing and there is nothing average about it.
