The missing scene we all thought but were too lazy to put to paper. It's exactly as it would have happened whether it was a first time as written here or they had been long time lovers. [1]
Star Trek V gave us many deeply faceted gems to take out at our leisure and savor one by one. Ciana's taken a favorite of mine, turned it to the light, and let it sparkle with the fire of her well-chosen words. I'd have loved to see that "business" finished on-screen but, lacking that -- this was a well-played solution. [2]
