Disney's Twisted Wonderland (usually called simply "Twisted Wonderland") is a mobile gacha game.

It is primarily a visual novel, with turn-based combat sections and rhythm minigames.

The game's characters and premise were created by Kuroshitsuji artist Yana Toboso, inspired by villains and other characters from classic Disney films.

Canon

The game is set at Night Raven College, a prestigious academy for young mages. The player character (named "Yuu" by default) finds themselves transported there and unable to remember where they came from, or having any magical powers. They quickly meet Grim, a cat-like creature who dreams of becoming a great wizard but has not been allowed to attend due to not being a human. Crowley, the headmaster of the school, comes to a compromise: if Yuu can control Grim and prevent him from causing further damage, they will both be allowed to stay until some method of sending them home is found, essentially counting as a "package deal".

The school features several different dormitories, each themed after a different Disney movie and its villain (in-universe referred to as "The Great Seven", who were powerful witches and wizards from history). Competition and scheming (both between and within the dorms) forms a large aspect of the plot, as students deal with both personal problems and wider issues at the school.
