Twelve Hours is an Alex Rider story by TheInverseUniverse. It is set in the universe of Gentleman's Agreement.
Summary: "[Alex] would find himself bloodied and bruised but relatively unharmed somewhere he could safely be found. Not retrieved, because the first time Yassen had activated his beacon he had been more than a little furious to find him still there 12 hours later." Gentleman's Agreement by Valaks. This is the story of those twelve hours, how they came to be, and what came after.

Another amazing addition to the Gentleman's Agreement 'verse that really helps flesh out how the current Alex-Yassen dynamic (as of Gentleman's Agreement) came to be. And how Yassen came to understand MI6's utter disregard for Alex's health and safety a little bit better. Seriously, MI6 sucks. The whole thing is tense and atmospheric with some great character moments. Teen, complete. Set before the Gentleman's Agreement.[1]
