Total Drama Mansion is a multi-chapter gen fanfic by Parody-lover for the Total Drama fandom. It is a murder mystery story similar to Clue and other murder mystery media.
Total Drama Mansion is notable for being the first, if not one of the first, multi-chapter TD fanfics ever posted to FanFiction.Net. It was also likely one of the first TD fanfics to use the reunion trope, a very popular trope in the fandom.
Total Drama Mansion was well received by fans for its suspenseful mystery and funny ending. Many of its reviews spoil the fanfic's plot, and it's recommended readers go into it blind.
On November 13 of 2007, just after TV's Total Drama Island ended, all of the contestants received an invitation in their mailbox that followed along the lines of this:Dear Contestant,
Although you may not have won TDI (please disregard comment if you are winner) the producers are cordially inviting you to spend two weeks at historic Stratford Mansion, of Waverly, for a reunion special scheduled to air sometimes this Christmas. There will be no challenges and this will allow you to reconnect with some of the other contestants. We look forward to seeing you there.

The letter was then followed by a fine print printed in excruciatingly small and fine (duh) print which went for all basic "don't blame us if bad things happen to you" agreements. Unfortunately for our campers bad things will happen: sabotage, revenge and a murder most foul! Who will be the unlucky victim? Will our guests live to regret their decision? And can this get any cheesier? All this will be answered in due time! (Cue evil laughter.)
